Missy is the esthetician behind Moon Temple Aesthetics. Growing up on a farm in Michigan, she developed an early appreciation for the simple, honest rhythms of working with her hands. Later, years spent managing high-end hospitality environments taught her the art of true connection, active listening, and making people feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
Her transition into esthetics was a natural evolution from those roots. Having studied under top industry educators in gentle sugar waxing, facial sculpting massage, and advanced lash lifting techniques, Missy combines precise technical skill with intuitive hands-on care. As someone with sensitive skin herself, she favors gentle, restorative methods that honor your skin’s barrier over needlessly aggressive treatments. Her menu centers on tailored facials, “born-with-it” lash-lifts, and gentle sugar waxing to deliver radiant, low-maintenance results.

Monica received her esthetics license from the Aveda Institute in 2016 and fell in love with the art and instant gratification of sugar hair removal while in school. She has perfected her gentle technique over the years and has been sugar waxing in the Seattle area since 2017! Her top priority when sugar waxing someone is always to ensure that every person feels comfortable and welcomed. She is from Washington state and lives in south Seattle with her two cats and three-year-old dog. She is passionate about small and sustainable business practices. Monica is also currently pursuing a certificate in supply chain management. Her favorite services to perform are underarms and anything bikini related!

Licensed since 2011, Braeden specializes in color and color corrections, as well as curly, textured, and straight razor haircutting . They really love creating long, soft, and flowy retro looks. From bold effects to effortless and natural, Braeden is your project queen. “Masters of Balayage” certified, Braeden is currently wild about blonding and creating those stunning natural looks with color.
Braeden’s philosophy around hair revolves around working with naturally existing textures and pigments, to enhance a style that is hidden beneath, rather than forcing a look that just ends in frustration.
